Cette cuvée sélectionnée par Chantal Comte est un clin d’œil à "l'esprit de vaincre" du rugby Irlandais. Malgré cet héritage venu du Nord, Fighting Spirit Gold est bel et bien un Rhum Blanc Agricole de Martinique ! Produit à la distillerie Du Simon, il est embouteillé sans filtration à froid à 50%Vol.

La dégustation de Fighting Spirit Gold met l'accent sur les notes florales et de canne à sucre fraîche, accompagnées par de subtiles touches salines.

Ce Rhum a reçu une double médaille d'or à l'International Rum Conference de Madrid en 2018.
