If Australia, has never really developed a rum industry, the country remains of one of the 20 largest sugar producers in the world. Two distilleries, founded at the end of the 19th century, stand out, the Beenleigh distillery and the Bundaberg distillery, both located in Queensland in the east of the country, which produce rums most often artisanal that we begin to find theu, mainly thanks to a few independant bottlers like Dieu-Le-Veut.
