Ce Rhum That Boutique-y Rum Company Engenho Novo Da Madeira 3 ans 53.5% est un Rhum Agricole produit sur l'île de Madère dans une superbe colonne de distillation en cuivre de plus de cent ans.

Pour sa maturation, il a séjourné pendant 3 ans dans des ex-fûts d'Amarone, un vin doux du Nord de l'Italie. Ce vieillissement atypique va conférer à ce Rhum une très belle texture onctueuse et une palette aromatique riche aux notes de sirop d'érable, de prune cuite, de cerise et de mangue compotée. L'ensemble est équilibré par un degré naturel de 53,5%.

Cette édition très limitée de 238 exemplaires a été embouteillée sans additif, coloration ou filtration à froid.
