Belize

Located in Central America and adjacent to Guatemala and the Caribbean Sea, Belize, while being a small country, produces a large quantity of sugar cane, both for export and for the three distilleries of the country, "Travellers" distillery being the largest. Many independanrt bottlers offer excellent Rhums produced in Belize, including "Dieu-le-Veut" "Feroni", "Mezan", "The Wild Parrot" or "La Compagnies" to name but a few.
