Based in Phuket, Thailand, Chalong Bay creates authentic, pure and natural nums, married to local cultures, traditions and productions. Chalong Bay rums are produced only by the first press of a variety of Thai sugar cane, grown without chemicals or pesticides and harvested manually without burning.
Each batch is distilled over an open flame with recycled wood, Chalong Bay also uses an Armagnac copper still, imported from France.
