Resolutely focused on high quality standards, Fazenda Soldade develops a work philosophy based on 4 pillars: customer satisfaction, employee well-being, respect for the environment and collaboration with partners with similar ideals.
After double distillation in a copper pot still, the Cachaças Soledade are either bottled white or aged.
To make the barrels, the coopers at Fazenda Soldade draw on the richness of the Brazilian terroir. Many species of wood can be used for aging: American white oak but also, faithful to the Brazilian tradition of Cachaça aging, multiple endemic species such as Ipê, Umburana, Pau-Brasil or again the Balsamo or the Jequitiba.
This know-how in breeding allows Fazenda Soledade to offer a wide variety of Cachaças with varied aromatic profiles.
Depending on the type of wood used, aging can last between 1 and 3 years. Before bottling, the Cachaças Fazenda Soledade are reduced with pure spring water which has not undergone any treatment.
Concerned about its environment, Fazenda Soledade has replanted nearly 75 hectares of forest in order to preserve exceptional but fragile biodiversity.
