Le Rhum Habitation Velier Vieux Long Pond STCE 2019 est un Rhum Traditionnel de mélasse distillé en alambic à repasse, typique du style jamaïcain. Le mark STCE était originellement produit par la défunte distillerie Cambridge qui ferma ses portes en 1947. Les initiales STCE signifient Simon Thompson Cambridge Estate et font référence au Maître Distillateur du domaine Cambridge.

Après 3 ans de vieillissement sur place en ex-fûts de Bourbon, ce Rhum Habitation Velier Vieux Long Pond STCE 2019 a été embouteillé à son degré naturel de 60%vol.

Luca Gargano is at the origin of the Habitation Velier brand. To this end, he proposed a classification which distinguishes rums according to their production process. It is the Pure Single Rum category which is represented by this brand. That is to say rums from a single distillery and distilled in a pot still.

For Habitation Velier, transparency is an absolute necessity, so we find on the label the distillery, the percentage of angels' share, the still used, the dates of distillation and bottling, etc.

The brand's rums, bottled straight from the barrel, are made from local raw materials.
