Ce Rhum Plantation Rum Vieux Jamaica 2000 Long Pond 17 ans 51.6% provient de la réputée distillerie Long Pond. Âgé de 17 ans a d'abord vieilli 15 ans sur sa terre natale en ex-fûts de Bourbon avant de parachever sa maturation en France pendant 2 ans en ex-fûts de Cognac.

À la dégustation, ce Rhum Plantation Rum Vieux Jamaica 2000 Long Pond 17 ans 51.6% nous offre une concentration aromatique rare. Notes typiques de solvant propres au Rhums Jamaïcains, de cacao, d'olives en saumure, de cuir et de viande fumée, de fruits exotiques (ananas et mangue)... Un Rhum d'une très grande complexité qui n'en finit pas de dévoiler ses arômes !

Édition limitée à 210 exemplaires, elle a été embouteillé à son degré naturel de 51,6%Vol.

Plantation Rum is the independent bottling brand of Cognacs Ferrand. Under the aegis of Alexandre Gabriel, the Master Blender, Plantation Rum selects rums from the four corners of the world.

After a more or less prolonged aging time in their country of origin, the rum barrels are transported to France where they will continue their maturation in ex-Cognac barrels for a period ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the vintages. Plantation Rum is one of the spearheads of French independent bottlers.
