Chairman's Reserve Rum comes straight from the only distillery in Saint Lucia.

At the beginning of the 19th century, the Barnard family settled on the island of Saint Lucia. Coming from the 3rd generation, Denis Barnard took over the family sugar plantation at the age of 21 and founded the Dennery distillery.

Laurie Barnard, Denis' son, created Chairman's Reserve, inspired by his father's work. He creates blends of rums distilled in a column and pot stills. He then ages them together in oak barrels. Balanced and fleshy rums are then born, which are today considered a benchmark for Saint Lucia Rums.
