Le Rhum Tres Hombres Vieux La Palma 2021 43% a été distillé à la flamme nue à partir de pur jus de canne dans la distillerie familiale Aldea située sur l'île de La Palma, aux Canaries.

Après un vieillissement en solera de 15 ans en ex-fûts de Bourbon et de Vin Rouge espagnol, le Rhum Tres Hombres Vieux La Palma 2021 43% a été transféré en ex-fûts de Porto Ruby, de Vin Rouge et de Moscatel pour sa traversée de l'Atlantique à bord des cales du Tres Hombres.
