Although this distillery located in northern Peru dates back a little over a century, the Millonario rum brand had not really been talked about before the years 2008-2009 when its rums obtained numerous and prestigious international awards. Traditional Millionario rums are based on the rich expression of a volcanic terroir complemented by the use of very old column stills of Scottish origin.
