Founded in 2018 by three friends passionate about spirits and Asia, the "Distillerie d'Indochine" is located in Hoi An, in the center of Vietnam. Nestled between the seaside and the sugar cane fields, the distillery is ideally located in a place where the conditions for producing and aging rum are ideal.

The company, which works hand in hand with local cane planters, has established precise specifications for the management of raw materials: exclusion of chemical inputs and pesticides, manual cutting of the sugar cane, pressing of the sugar cane in the 24 hours following harvest. After proofing and fermentation of the sugar cane juice, the distillation takes place in a copper column still made in France.

It is Antoine Poircuitte, from a family of traveling distillers, who supervises the distillation and the aging warehouse.
