List of products by brand PRIVATEER

Based in Essex County, Massachusetts in New England in the United States, the Privateer distillery embodies the revival of American rum. Indeed, throughout the 19th century and until the advent of Prohibition in 1920, rum was the country's queen drink. The term "Privateer" refers to the privateers of the 18th century. “Private people” who, thanks to a Letter of Marque, practiced piracy officially on behalf of a nation.

The Privateer distillery produces, as is the American tradition, molasses rums with long fermentation at low temperatures, distilled twice and bottled without additives or filtration.
