The name Baie des Trésors refers to this small bay, discreet and sheltered, at the tip of the Caravelle peninsula located to the east of Martinique. Popular with hikers and nature lovers, it is a little piece of paradise still preserved. An ambitious project, the Baie des Trésors brand is a group of small sugar cane producers who entrust their harvest to the Saint James distillery by master distiller Stéphane Gouyer. The objective: to promote the diversity of Martinique's terroirs by exclusively offering AOC Martinique single-plot vintages, far from industrial standardization.
