Eminente is a blend created by César Marti, Cuba's youngest "Maestro Ronero" under the leadership of a team of French people.

Western-style “Occidente” rum is produced near Havana. Known to be intense, dry and lively, it is ideal in cocktails. On the other side of the island of Cuba, the oriental-style “Oriente” rum is produced. Sweet and fruity, it is aimed at being enjoyed neat. Coming from the province of Villa Clara, located in the very center of the country, Eminente combines the best of both regions to achieve a perfect balance: both refreshing and robust, sweet and complex, it can be enjoyed as well in cocktails as in tasting. Little known outside of Cuba, this type of rum still remains one of the island's best-kept secrets.
